Hey there, I’m ISAAC THOMSON AND I AM AN MMA FIGHTER. I AM SHARING MY STORY SO I CAN INSPIRE OTHERS AND FULFILl MY DREAMS. FIGHTING IS ALL I KNOW!

I started my martial arts journey at the age of eight when I began training in Boxing and BJJ. My parents where gym owners and my mum was a professional Muay Thai fighter.

Watching my mum train and win three Australian titles in Muay Thai was a massive inspiration for me and motivated me to immerse myself in the fight game. I can remember waking up early to train with my mum, watching her fight and being captivated by what she would put herself through to win.

My very first BJJ and karate competition were at the age of eight and Muay Thai at fourteen.

Seeing my parents open up two gyms and watching fighters train allowed me to gain access to so much knowledge and experience of martial arts. After a trip to Thailand to experience the culture of Muay Thai fighting, it was a pivotal moment of my life, and when I decided that I wanted to become a professional fighter.

Once the penny dropped and my parents knew I wanted to make this step for real, they started to train me for my fights. We went on a winning streak, and that's when I began to unravel my identity and see that I had what it takes to be a champion. My parents gave me 100% of their support and decided to sell the gyms so they could help me pursue my dream to become the youngest UFC Champion.

My MMA debut was at fifteen with a string of other martial art fights that lead me to train with some of the most elite fighters in Australia and USA.

Team Thomson has now evolved into a family-run fight team that has been working with highly skilled trainers and training partners in the world.

Training with the very best in the martial arts community has taken my skills and mindset to another level and given me even more clarity to be the best I can be. By telling my story, I want to share with people that if you want something and are prepared to do the work you have to surround yourself with positivity and never give up.

My Pro MMA debut is for early 2020.
